Explore Boat Trips - Cancellation Policy
We know that plans can change, and we want to make things as easy as possible for you. Our goal is to be flexible while ensuring a smooth experience for all our guests. Below, you’ll find all the details on how cancellations and rescheduling work for our boat rentals and private boat cruises.
1. If You Need to Cancel or Reschedule
We totally understand that unexpected things come up! Here’s how refunds and changes work:
- More than 3 days before your trip: Full refund – no worries at all!
- Between 3 days and 1 day before your trip: 50% refund.
- Less than 1 day before your trip: Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund at this stage.
If you’d like to reschedule, we’re happy to help, but it depends on boat availability. We’ll do our best to find a date that works for you!

2. If We Need to Cancel
Your safety is our top priority. If we need to cancel due to bad weather, technical issues, or unexpected staff shortages, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. If we can’t reach you directly, we’ll post updates at our dock.
If this happens, you can choose to:
- Reschedule for another available date.
- Try a different cruise experience (if available and suitable).
- Get a full refund or a credit note for a future trip.
3. A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- Before setting sail, all guests must complete a short registration form.
- Please take care of your personal belongings. While we may offer storage, we can’t
take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
